“Personal Training Sets Goals For Health” is a personal trainer & boot camp directory close to my heart. The title is a straightforward message that I believe in. And I truly think we would all be better off – both personally and as part of our larger network of friends and family, if we all took a little time to do a regular session of training either once a day or 4-5 times a week.

I hope to provide you with ideas and examples that can inspire you, and perhaps help you to inspire others, and together we can look and feel better, one day at a time.

Getting healthier through a fitness program and a suitable change in diet and lifestyle is possible for everyone – and should be available to all as well.
